Large Chandelier in New York Hotel Lobby
Typically, Art Deco inspired lighting means chandeliers with square cut crystals and shades featuring coloured glass in geometric patterns. Chandeliers, like the fantastic example in the lobby of a New York Hotel, make a very glamorous focal point.
You don't need anything quite as huge as the chandelier pictured above, more modestly sized examples still have the ability to inject that all important glamour, arguably more than any other type of fixture or fitting.
Art Deco inspired lighting isn't restricted to chandeliers of course, there are plenty of other examples, especially those featuring coloured glass in geometric patterns.
